7. Third-Party Services & OAuth

Our service integrates with the following third-party services for authentication and data import:

  • Google OAuth: We request access to your Google account's basic profile information (name and email address) solely for the purpose of authenticating your identity and creating your Beyond Hub account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services. The only OAuth scopes we request are openid, email, and profile.
  • Microsoft OAuth: Used for authentication only. We request basic profile information (name and email) to verify your identity and associate you with your workspace.
  • HubSpot: When explicitly initiated by you, we connect to your HubSpot account to import contacts, companies, and deals. This requires your explicit OAuth consent and is a one-time import operation.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Beyond Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
